      Pros

      The company will work with you regarding scheduling and assistance needed on job sites. They will pay for any certificates they deem necessary for you to obtain.

      Cons

      While there are many ways to progress in this company you are completely locked out of doing so for a year as they only hire through agencies. This locks your pay, and you do not obtain benefits for a year. It also takes and excess amount of time to move up

      Pros

      Family First. Hourly Opportunity. Has Work trucks and gear. Business paid & Employee owned Certification. Wage improvement based upon certification. Has both 401K and ESOP. Uses tablets for data entry.

      Cons

      ---these can be overlooked, but are here to give an idea--- Hours are controlled by contractors needs. Onsite intersocial relations can be cantankerous. Long days can average up to 16 or more hours a day. You are outside in the elements Long drive times, and directions unclear. Wage improvement based upon certification.
