Low pay, poor management and sometimes you have to work nights or weekends. Sometimes they don't have work for you for weeks at a time so you just go to the office and pretend to work for a while.

Pay is lower than peers. Low morale. I saw numerous lower level staff taking advantage of absent managers or managers who do not enforce rules (2 hr + lunch breaks, leaving early, coming in late). Some senior management are micromanagers. Corporate office says safety is most important but really profit is.
