None to speak of, lots of other local firms that offer more.

Cons

Current CEO has an EGO as big as they come. He can't accept accept the fact that the down hill path is a direct reflection of his own personality, micro management and probably greed. What company has the entire HR department quit ???

Pros

Very little oversight, almost never held responsible for failures. They don't really fire anybody and as long as you just show up you like a god.

Cons

Low pay, poor management and sometimes you have to work nights or weekends. Sometimes they don't have work for you for weeks at a time so you just go to the office and pretend to work for a while.
