Motivating work environment everyone is willing to assist at anytime to answer a question. As well as collaborative evironment other teammates from any department are allways willing to answer questions and help with projects, making it easier to achieve goals.

Cons

Being able to have access/contribute to the 401K sooner

The management was very easy to get along with. Always new things to learn. Opportunities to grow fast if you want to stay in the company.

lots of cleaning. Doing a lot of work by your self. Lots of competition among employees.

Cons

Health benefits could be better. People thinking this is a job they can sit around and do nothing all day. (Hard to meet min word requirement)
