Pros
You will get 36-40 hours a week but that about the only positive thing I say . Benefits and scheduling are a joke.
Cons
Scheduling - Very, Very, Inconsistent and I have to ask people ( selfish or cliqued up ) to cover for me for if I want a day off if want to spend time with my family. This is the PTO that you work for everyday. Good luck finding people to cover for you. Upper Management - 1st They do not give a DAMN about YOU. Only the numbers you produce . They will try their hardest to paint a different image. I mean lie straight through their teeth for the sake of trying to be someone you know they aren't. Insurance - Cubesmart does offer you insurance but they (Cigna )don't cover much of anything. Raise Structure- $.25 cents raise to maybe $.50 cents . Regardless of hired position you will not receive a raise higher than that. From top to bottom this place needs change. I would honestly recommend Wendy's before you come here and waste your time
