You get to meet some awesome people and help out customers who really need it.

Cons

The lack of communication between management, very rude and lack of respect and teamwork within the district I work with. Hopefully better experience for next person, noticed the turn around rate was bad there was a resignations weekly but I stuck it out for over 6 months to be treated badly!

Working by yourself. Constantly waiting for approval. Empty Promises about Pay and Time off. NO responsibility for upper management or ownership. NO BONUS OR INCENTIVES AT ALL. ADVANCEMENT IS LITTLE; UNLESS YOUR WILLING TO RELOCATE TO 500 MILES AWAY FROM HOME.
