Pros

I can't say very much that is good about CubeSmart because they use people and then when that tries to fight back they get let go or reprimanded for something they should be reprimanded for in the first place. Also we are over worked and underpaid and people that should be fired get away with everything and the one who deserve to be praised aren't.

Cons

I believe that the one big con work for CubeSmart would be that they way over people and never pay them what they are worth and then they use people until they go crazy and find a way to fire so they don't have to worry about the consequences.

-You get to know your customers pretty well because your the only employee ever there. -I feel like I own the place sense I never have any help. -lots of opportunity to move up because someone is always getting fired for an unfair reason or quitting -Gas mileage Paid

Cons

Here we go…. Always alone. Never any help from your gm. Pay sucks for the amount of responsibility and skills required. (I could flip burgers at McDonald’s for more money) Things are changing as soon as you learn them Write ups for taking sick time during Covid Can’t find coverage for your store because there aren’t enough employees to cover every store so good luck with vacation time. No recognition for a job well done. Don’t go above and beyond to wow your customer cuz you get no thank you from it.
