There are not any. This company used to have a great health plan but they switched to Cigna and that was the only pro.

Cons

Too many to list. First. Low pay. No opportunity to advance because unless you can sleep your way up. Bad upper management.

Pros

I enjoy the sense of community in the company and the options to get help when needed. The benefits are great and they really push for moving up in the company. Its okay to seek help and advice when needed and they are working hard to create a really good work environment. They're always taking employee suggestions on how to improve what the individual stores have to do so they're really catering to as many people as they can.

Cons

There's usually only 2 people per store so moving around schedules can be a little difficult but there are so many people in the district you can look for help so it usually doesn't become a problem.

Dealing with customers and building a rapport.

Cons

Having a District Manager that constantly use vulgar words over the phone.. Having a District Manager that constantly belittle you as a employee.. Having a black District manager and you being black, that District manager feels like you are a threat to him. Letting go of employees with the best knowledge due to a mistake. Lack of communication between District manager and general manager.
