      Pros

      Great people, fun culture, good pay. Most people are eager to act as a team and support you. Flexibility as needed is nice.

      Cons

      Senior leaders are a bit clunky and out of touch. They can be difficult to work with and difficult to please. They push a culture of engagement on everyone, yet walk right by you without so much as a “hello.”

      On site apartment when available Monthly bonuses Paid holidays Flexible schedule Schedule never changes if you're fully staffed No boss over your shoulder

      Cons

      Pay not worth it unless you're an on site manager If you're a store manager it's probably not worth the pay based on all the work you have to do.
