      Pros

      CubeSmart provides a great teamwork culture and is a thriving self storage company.

      Cons

      Their review process is cumbersome and warrants little to no incentive. The company continues to thrive, yet its employees remain frustrated due to minimal raises and lowly capped bonuses. I understand that these are luxuries, but in a competitive field, it's no surprise that their talent is going elsewhere.
