(Varies per manager/ per store) -work around school schedules -401k for F/T emp -growing company -at the base/entry level ONLY... i felt acceptance and understanding.

Cons

-You have to "blend in"...especially if you want to go higher up in the company. -a little personality is good. a lot makes you a "target". -everyone is an adult, but if HR gets involved,my experience has been that the person who complains 1st, wins. Right or Wrong is irrelevant .
