      Great Opportunities, Great Training, Great Benefits!

      Pros

      Training program is extensive, excellent for career advancement - the training that is available to its Teammates provides an great knowledge base. In addition the store levels have a great support system, from their Area Managers to District Managers and even up the line to the corporate offices. Great benefits are available including store bonuses.

      Cons

      While there is a wonderful balance of work and personal time, some of the Holidays that the stores are kept open don't make sense.

      I thought the company treated me fairly. Moved on due to finishing school in a different field.

      I feel like we could have a lower deductible, but I always want a lower one.

      Pros

      I like the direction the company is heading in. It is very helpful to have solid Mission, Vision and Values. Company.

      Cons

      It would be nice to budget slightly more to have group gatherings/team building events outside of District Meetings and Christmas party.
