The pay is very minimal and bi weekly so it is hard to save up. You are also in charge of all aspects of the company including collections, deposits, auctions, leases, sales, etc.

-You are going to work 3 weekends a month minimum. -You can work for weeks at a time with a day off. -Half an hours lunchs. -Very low pay (especially if you are a GM - see "free apartment"). Nothing you can make a living off of. -Little room for growth. -No matter what you are told, as a Manager, you are nothing more than a cashier for the property. Every decision is left for the DM and GM. -They have a recognition program called WOW. But it doesn't cut it. Your work will rarely get recognized. -Upper management is completely out of touch. You don't get much direction from them and will get undermined on decisions regarding your property. -It can get intensely boring. You will be doing the exact same thing day in and day out. -I felt that we could have been a lot more honest about our products and services to our customers. - You get sick and vacation time but they are very hard to use. -Unprofessionalism ran rampamt in the workplace. You never knew what you were going to walk into every morning.
