      -Work by yourself; nobody breathing down your neck every day. -Your own Boss in a way. - Could be Worse

      Cons

      Working by yourself. Constantly waiting for approval. Empty Promises about Pay and Time off. NO responsibility for upper management or ownership. NO BONUS OR INCENTIVES AT ALL. ADVANCEMENT IS LITTLE; UNLESS YOUR WILLING TO RELOCATE TO 500 MILES AWAY FROM HOME.

      They sent out a survey to all employees, as they do every year asking what the employees satisfaction is. Once the survey has ended they send a memo requiring ALL employees to wear a face mask starting late May. Disgusting and appalling! It is my body and its an abuse of power to tell me I need to cover my face which has been proven to do nothing against the virus, or else I cant feed my family. They also open a 401k in your name using your identity WITHOUT permission and begin taking money out of your check automatically. Once you tell them to stop they wont remove money but they wont close the 401k in your name either.

      I'd you love working with people, especially ones that are usually going through rough times, its a great people person job

      Cons

      Too much work for too little pay. It's nearly impossible to get Everything done in one day.. And, No oveetime
