      Dealing with customers and building a rapport.

      Cons

      Having a District Manager that constantly use vulgar words over the phone.. Having a District Manager that constantly belittle you as a employee.. Having a black District manager and you being black, that District manager feels like you are a threat to him. Letting go of employees with the best knowledge due to a mistake. Lack of communication between District manager and general manager.
