Only care for policy Treat customers like they do not matter Constantly upping rates that are more than a new customer would pay, even at full price. Will terminate you; no warnings, no write ups.

none. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

Cons

Very toxic work culture. Poor leadership. Terrible GM who only cares for her bonus. pay does not compensate for what you work. the company expects the best from you. No appreciation from the company at all. No personal life since Saturday and Sunday are required. By the time you get off, you are exhausted.
