      Low pay, micro- management, and drudgery

      Having A job is better than having NO job.

      Cons

      Basically, the job is that of janitor. I was sent out to an outpost where I found myself alone with contract creating software that didn't work. Customers were frustrated because it took forever to get past the software glitches and the traing was ineffectual, erroneous, and a waste of time. Although there were numerous locations near my home, I was assigned to location 20 miles away. I was given just enough hours to not qualify for their expensive benefits...and I was making minimum wage doing a stressful and very physically demanding job.

      Pros

      You will get 36-40 hours a week but that about the only positive thing I say . Benefits and scheduling are a joke.

      Cons

      Scheduling - Very, Very, Inconsistent and I have to ask people ( selfish or cliqued up ) to cover for me for if I want a day off if want to spend time with my family. This is the PTO that you work for everyday. Good luck finding people to cover for you. Upper Management - 1st They do not give a DAMN about YOU. Only the numbers you produce . They will try their hardest to paint a different image. I mean lie straight through their teeth for the sake of trying to be someone you know they aren't. Insurance - Cubesmart does offer you insurance but they (Cigna )don't cover much of anything. Raise Structure- $.25 cents raise to maybe $.50 cents . Regardless of hired position you will not receive a raise higher than that. From top to bottom this place needs change. I would honestly recommend Wendy's before you come here and waste your time

      job security, great district manager, my store is very clean because I maintain it

      Cons

      the highest advancement you can get to is GM position.. higher positions are already filled with people who have been with company for over 20 years and are not planning on leaving so until they do you cant move up/ raises are very very minimal/ only 2 employees per store so very boring
