Awful healthcare for 230 bi weekly when im a single male, doing the job of three people, get verbally abused after you do the whole job of the gm for a year and get paid at low pay rate, become a glorified janitor when you out sell the district and bring multiple stores up 40% on capacity. Still down talked to and belittled, zero credit, and have awful DM's who know nothing about what actually goes on during work hours. Most GMs ruin there stores and mistakes are not forgiven.
