Upper Management and HR are aggressive when you break a company policy or get upset when you try to deal with them. In addition, you couldn't build relationships with prospective clients, people come and go. When you are a former customer or a former employeer, they have zero care for you and understanding and are also racists. People are also frustrated about the rate changes and the annoying collection calls we making to the customers. They are also not to happy to have insurance required for their unit. They only care about themselves.
