Pros
Always opportunity for growth we are a growing company. Our number one goal is to provide the best Customer service and with that it makes the job that much better! Storage isn't always a good experience or for a good cause most people are stressed out and for us to be able to help in any way even by taking them from that bad experience and giving them the ultimate good Customer service is awesome! Benefits are awesome provide 401k. The pay is good. Training is great. Communication throughout the company is great also. Any changes in policies, benefits anything you name it and we receive a memo emailed to us. Friday's are weekly communications. Upper management is open for suggestions we have something called the idea center and I can say I've submitted ideas which have been taken and put in to play. If I continue I would write a book about CubeSmart and how awesome it is to work for this company! Come to work do what you have to do follow company policies be honest and loyal and you will be great!

Don't know couldn't think of anything CubeSmart is a great company and I'm glad to call myself a CubeSmart teammate.

This company is always talking about opportunity, that couldn't be further from the truth. I'm requested to go well beyond the call of duty and have done so on a more than regular basis. I have been with this company 3 years. To hire new people in at better pay than the folks who have been there for years is a slap in the face, when Im struggling from paycheck to paycheck to make ends meet. The bonus structure is a joke. And the training isn't really training. Wow culture is a tactful disguise for Cubesmart's deceiving play on words with customers and apparently employees. Upper management appears to be some secret ivy league club that one needs to be initiated into. Oh yeah sure, we get holiday pay, BUT TO COMPENSATE AND KEEP YOUR POCKETS FAT YOU MAKE US TAKE AN EXTRA DAY OFF TO NOT GET OVERTIME!!! I've had it with this company there is no light at the end of this tunnel. I mean it's not like they care right, they'll just hire someone who knows nothing and pay them more money anyway, signed. CURRENT DISGRUNTLED EMPLOYEE
