Doesn't care about their employees at all. They hire people for corporate who never been in the field to make situations that are not achievable. Pay minimum wage to do 3 person job. They don't listen to their employees. Don't care about our families. Makes us work 8 hour holidays and Easter isn't even paid. We're even willing to meet half way and work half in the AM then have off. But no they can care less on the happiness of their employees. Benefits suck. Find a better place to work.

Stressful, difficult customers, untimely managing from above, difficult training, having to sell customers belongings, not enough employees, covering stores, scheduling.
