      - Selling cubes and merchandise is fairly easy and “need” based as opposed to “want” - Usually working with one or more other teammates

      Cons

      - Micro-managing - Low pay - More work than description states - Management pushes an overly-cringeworthy “culture” that most teammates want no part of

      Pros

      Teammates and customers I befriended while working there.

      Cons

      Short staffed. Stores should have 2 managers and most only had 1. DM would ask you to work other stores so other managers could have a day off. Pay for the job duties should be higher. Very risky as some customers live in their units and sleep in the store overnight and can be quite startling when you locate them.
