Pros

It's a paycheck Healthcare costs low

Cons

Gossip is insane DM's have too much power and they can stonewall you with any request you have Upper management uses avoidance as key technique to control the field workers .25 cent annual raises? Seriously? 401k match plan is a joke Everchanging and lowering of monthly bonuses

An Excellent Opportunity for Personal & Professional Growth

Pros

• Pay is among the highest in the self-storage industry with annual increases. • PTO and Health Benefits are among best offered anywhere • Complete and clear onboard training programs and excellent progressive training programs available • Expectations are clearly described in policy and procedure • Great Employee Recognition Programs in place for achievers • Success or failure is entirely self-formed

Cons

• Compared to how well CubeSmart performs in the national market, annual increases in the field are extremely nominal. • Bonuses & incentives in the field (where the selling & service occurs) are a pint-sized end result of a trickle down through a very large funnel. • Field employees are asked to participate in Surveys and Leader Assessments, but never hear results or see changes where they are needed.

Pros

At least you have a job...

Cons

- Management seems clueless as to how to run a call center effectively and keep up morale. - Sales and Customer Service personnel are essentially working against eachother. - No career growth potential what-so-ever (Nepotism in EVERYWHERE - all former QVC layoffs) - Inconsistent bonuses based on reviews subject to the temperment of your manager. - Assinine sales process involves tracking non-sales (hang-ups and wrong numbers) that hurt your bonuses and rating percentage. - Employees now being forced to randomly swap days off in favor of working days where higher call volume is evident = more workload for same pay and no option for overtime. If the day switch criteria won't work for you, you're threatened to be reported to HR.
