Pros

Good health benefits, no late nights

Cons

Salary is a joke. Here is a look at what Christopher Marr COO of the company makes: So how much is $1,704,536? Christopher P. Marr made $1,704,536 in 2012 or $194 an hour, $3 a minute, and $0.05 a second. This is 4 times the president's salary and 32 times the median US household income. You would have to work for 63 years to make what Christopher P. Marr makes in 1 year. My salary is $ 24,950, and we don't get paid for the holidays but still have to work them. We are forced to take an extra day off so our DM can get a bigger bonus. Nothing about the pay structure is fair, and by all means NEVER use the whistleblower hotline as you will get burned in the end.

Pros

GM's get free residential in some areas. Employees are the best quality of workers you will find. The environment is set with a team atmosphere. Advancement is possible to a certain level. The company does offer paid time off.

Cons

Pay needs to be looked into. Some employees are worth more then what they get. Employee turn around is higher then most companies. Once you reach a certain level your development as an individual is stopped. Bonus structure is not really set up for the employee to make money but to drive the business forward.

Pros

Company pays about 80% of employee benefits. Employees are smart and forward thinking. Salary is competitive and corporate employees receive an annual bonus.

Cons

Although the company is growing, upward mobility is limited. Vacation is minimal (2 weeks) and there is a 6 month waiting period before being able to use your vacation/sick time.

Thank you for your comments! We value our teammates and enjoy providing rewards such as competitive salaries, bonus opportunities, and great benefits such as wellness programs and paid holidays and time off. We understand that new teammates and tenured teammates alike can have the need for time off, therefore, we allow up to 40 hours of vacation/sick time to go into arrears no matter how long you have been with us. We are also happy to share that there is a comprehensive new Talent Strategy in the works which includes career paths and development plans to help promote upward mobility throughout the Company. Thank you again for your feedback, we hope this information has helped!
