9/80 schedule. Smart people who care about product and service, and who care about value delivered to Cubic's customers in transportation.
Cons
Very poor management in the Director to VP level. Mostly filled with folks who have not worked elsewhere and "direct" employees into whose work function (engineering, service design, operations) they have little insight. Yearly reductions in force lead to unstable work environment, corrosion of quality, disatisifed customers and a failing company.
