I worked from home and they do not micromanage

They play favorites and they dont have holiday pay, they at times make it mandatory to work, there is a lack of communicating when it comes to supervisors,

- 9/80 work schedule is great - Office has snacks and catering - People are great

Cons

- Extremely top heavy profit-first motivation - Constant layoffs - No raises - Doesn't pay well - Management is absurdly inefficient (why does one project need 9 managers?) - No growth opportunities - Managers actively talk negative about employees behind their backs and pick favorites

Cons

Although the team that I worked with was a good team, but in general some of the managers in Cubic need to be accountable for their behaviors and poor leadership skills.
