Pros

Long term upward mobility in the company, decent pay, welcoming environment, helpful management, fair amount of breaks for the length of the work day

Cons

The work day can get long, even with the ample break. I had to work a 12 hour shift, with 2 hours worth of breaks

Pros

Decent pay. Great management. Great communication. Lots of hours.

Cons

Sometimes hours were too demanding. Not too many locations here so career opportunities are somewhat limited, although they are growing.
