Pros

Cons

Your experience is entirely dependent on which manager is on shift at the time. Some managers are very friendly and leave you alone as long as you get work done. Others can be very rude and keep bothering you for little things like taking a drink of water when there is nothing else to do. These same managers focus more on profit than customer experience. They are always looking for ways to save money and have threatened to fire several workers for arriving a couple of minutes late. They do not allow workers to come in early or on their days off, even though they are understaffed. Additionally, they have questionable business practices. There were several times where I did not need to take a 30 minute break because I worked less than 5 hours, but still had 30 minutes deducted from my pay.
