Raises are awful

Pros

Free food is fine but they act like that is part of the paycheck

Cons

Poor management and communication where I am at. They are always constantly having to hire new people because they won't give fair raises with inflation but will hire someone new at a higher rate. Then they get mad that we know about it.

Pros

Can't really think of any.

Cons

No direction. No training. No mentoring. Terrible communication. Very unprofessional. Lots of weekends, despite it being a 9-5 job, with no other days given as replacement. Hostile work environment. The policy of "throwing you co-workers under the bus publicly" comes from the very top.
