Pros

If you’re liked, you’ll get the good section and parties.

Cons

The favoritism here was outrageous. Servers would be rewarded with parties and good sections but wouldn’t be willing to do any sidework, complain the whole time, try and leave without doing sidework, and get bad reviews. Sidework was lengthy.

Too many servers

Pros

No dress code Everyone is chill Can be fun if you’re there to hang out

Cons

So many servers scheduled so everyone gets 4 tables in a 300 seat restaurant and they cut down to closers very quickly. So if you’re there for only 2 hours with 2 tables, boom no money. Most tips you’re gonna get for the day on average is 120-180. And tip out is 4%, 2% only if there’s no backserver
