Pros

- Above average $$ considering what it is - Stable company - Pretty professional - Fun staff - Potential to move up from within - Benefits for qualified part-time employees

Cons

- Intensely corporate - 2 hours worth of side-work - Long shifts, late nights - Not all managers were actually qualified for the roles they acquired (ie hosts turned managers, outside hires with little relative experience)

Overworked & Unappreciated

Pros

Gain experience in a high volume environment with mediocre cocktails & food.

Cons

Little to no support from management when the bar team is understaffed. No appreciation for extensive preparation of ingredients when management does not order enough supply. Quick to blame employees for bad reviews when employees are not given the tools for success.
