Pros

People are really friendly. People are helpful. Get challenged by assignments. Get mentoring review. Get exposure to Cummins cultural values. Diversity

Cons

My first internship was as a manufacturing engineer but instead got buried in paperwork. I had to do the dirty work a full time was not willing to do, but the work did not challenge me. Apart from that, Everything was great.
