Pros

Overall friendly atmosphere. There are some conflicts of course but much better than most larger companies. Company upper management does a pretty good job of communicating for a company of its size. Columbus is a small town with very friendly people. This may not be for some though. Good school system as well. Diverse work force. Hard workers can move up in the company because company encourages it.

Cons

Pay is average to below average depending on the job ... I left for a 30% pay increase for the same job and requiring fewer skills. Upper management does not promote stability due to constant hiring and cutting. Work / life balance can get out of control if you let it. Must not be afraid to push back to keep a reasonable balance. Benefits are ok but not as good as might be expected for a company of its size.
