People who get promoted are not promoted based on competence but based on the darn Six Sigma projects. If you have done this BS, then you can move up and make lots of money.

Management at the corporate office is not in touch with branch office needs. On the customer side of things this used to be very customer oriented operation, now it's a cold, uncaring service provider. On the employee side they have cut a lot of positions only to hire people back on contract without benefits.
