I was picked up right out of school. Great starting package. Management at the time was great.

Cons

Low level of communication. Engineering department it too good to participate in company events. They laid people off while hiring new people. They didn't help place team members where they could do more help. They just got rid of them. New hires - beware - you are expendable for another new hire. (I was over 4 years in.)

They do not take harassment claims seriously. They will not investigate claims, even after multiple upper management personel is notified. (Foreman, General Foreman, Super intendant) The super intendant denies I told him even though I had representation / witness present. I’m now told he’s calling different local unions telling them to not employ me, slandering me that I sue unions. They did not make right and investigate the persons harassing me and saftey concerns (osha violations) they just ran me off the jobsite and allowed the general contractor fabricate a fake story with no evidence even though I had several witnesses and written testimony.
