      Pros

      Encouraging management, potential for growth within any department, flexibility in career, great culture makes everyone feel like family. The CEO and upper management interact with employees on a regular basis and are open and welcoming.

      Cons

      The only con for me personally is that I don't want to be on a construction site and upward mobility in other departments can be limited.

      Pros

      Employee's are compensated very well, generous vacation and sick time

      Cons

      Expect to be on projects that do not exceed 2+ years, unless their is reoccurring jobs outside of the corporate location relocation is needed. This unfortunately is the market of construction.

      Pros

      exceptional company, wonderful culture. Cares about the people. Strong leaders, plenty of growth opportunity for people who are smart and engaged. One of the best work experiences I have had.

      Cons

      Neighborhood is unimpressive but once you're inside the building it's great.
