The company's commitment to developing and supporting fosters an environment where employees can thrive both personally and professionally.

Cons

Not many cons here at CEI. But if I had to add one, it'd be more to do with the hiring process. At times we need personnel to be onsite sooner but the process and approvals tend to take a lot longer than normal places.
