Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your experience in the field at CEI. As you’ve identified, our workers may work in all types of weather conditions, and depending on role and location, may engage in travel more frequently than others. For that reason, we encourage both field and office employees to bring any concerns they have to their immediate supervisor to address. Safety is a core value at CEI and we've built our business on an unwavering commitment to your safety. Our goal is to create a respectful and rewarding place to work, regardless of role or location. Thanks again for allowing us the opportunity to continuously improve. Your feedback is important to us.

Pros

Flexible work-from-home and hybrid offers for office employees; strong focus from executives on taking care of employees (via profit-sharing, transparency in revenue/spending, DEI surveys/initiatives that frequently ask employees for input)

Cons

Health insurance is ridiculously expensive

In line with balancing our commitment to safety and meeting the needs of the business, we have created flexibility in work arrangements for our office employees. Despite some employees working remotely, CEI has engaged office employees virtually for several company-wide and internal team events, and continues to offer volunteer opportunities to ensure employees can still experience CEI's culture. We strive to bring our employees a choice of comprehensive medical plans, as well as many others that may be included in your benefits program. As a current employee, we appreciate your feedback and will make sure to pass your note on to our Benefits team.
