Pros

The company atmosphere is very friendly and laid back. People focus more on fixing problems than trying to blame someone else. And everyone works to try to provide high quality installation.

Cons

In all my years working here, I have watched many co-workers (including myself) be promised wages and/or promotion for larger workloads. And although the workloads do get assigned, I have seen promotions actually come through only twice.
