A great place for Nepotism.

Cons

Management does not care about the employees, management is greedy for no reason, bonuses only go to favorites. Management allows poor treatment of employees, even when brought to their attention. Employees are over worked and under appreciated.

Good, comprehensive training; the team atmosphere; autonomy when doing work; hybrid work schedule and location; an open door management style. Very skilled and capable colleagues and co-workers kept me sharp.

long virtual team meetings, sometimes; the time for clear communication from the project management team varies on the individual PM.
