Overall, this firm cares for the well-being of each and every one of its employees.

Prerequisites 1) Fit in to the "big clique" and/or 2) Have connections within the firm. If you meet at least one of the aforementioned prerequisites, you are not only likely to survive the workplace politics, you will also embark on journey of ample career training and growth. If you do not meet either one of the prerequisites, your time will be efficiently spent taking your career elsewhere as the politics in this firm (or at least in your department) will essentially shun your opportunities for career growth and advancement regardless of how great you are. However if you are extremely stubborn as the poster of this review was, you can treat the unfortunate circumstance as an mental training opportunity grow a "thicker skin" and to bolster your resilience against a sea of naysayers.
