I love the team atmosphere within the company and my department. We all work together towards a common goal of taking care of our patients. It gives me great pride to work for a company who puts the patient first.

Cons

There are many changes constantly. Some of the changes improve our current workflow but others do not. I would like those who are driving the change to evaluate the impact and value of the change before implementing.
