Company and department connections. Money was decent.

Cons

Extremely hard to grow within company. Almost impossible. Favoritism and even though the motto is we have an open door policy; there are a lot what felt like sneakiness and backstabbing. If one of authority did not like you, you're out...at the end of your shift

Steady Paycheck is the only pro

Management is AWFUL. She has no idea what she is doing and will stick up for one person who continuously makes errors, talk about you behind your back, and even with proof of the other employees serious errors, blame it on her “medical condition” The culture is awful. You are never valued or appreciated and management walks all over you and also knows nothing about the workflow.
