the pay was good, we got free lunch at the beginning worked 3-4 days a week.

Cons

there was times when we worked 10 hours a day, had to eat in our car or go out to eat, restrooms where portapotties

- pay rate and benefits - new updates - improvement of systems - communication through slack is great - innovative

Cons

- too many policy and procedures are broken and not justified - insurance spectrum is taking longer to adapt into the company - no job security - no actual contact number to speak to HR
