      The salary is what keeps you, some internal relationship you build allow for life long friendships.

      Cons

      The politics and structure of this company need the rug snatched from under them. Sometimes just listening to a woman in management is not terrible we are are smart and have great ideas to offer.

      Pay, like someone else said, its probably the only reason people work there

      Upper management can be very unprofessional. The headquarters office is full of favoritism and unorganized.
