Every member of the team is valued and the contributions made towards eradicating Covid-19 are greatly appreciated. Operating in a pandemic requires quick changes to adapt and we recognize that changes could have been communicated better. We are constantly trying to improve processes and procedures to make sure everyone gets the information they need.
