      the workers are amazing, everything else...

      Pros

      the people on the floor doing the work (the lab ops CLAs) were amazing and made up the backbone of the company. They were hardworking people who were wonderful to work with. Pay was also really good.

      Cons

      Upper management was positively incompetent and their mismanagement and erroneous handling of various situations was constantly felt by the CLAs. The ignorance they had when it came to receiving feedback was absolutely embarrassing

      We so appreciate your review and the work you did for Curative. 2020-2021 has brought unexpected changes to many companies and often required rapid shifts as new guidance is released. Some of it is growing pains, some of it is changes in mandates. Curative was founded during the pandemic, and we are constantly growing, changing, and adapting to be better.

      Pros

      Curative is an awesome company which has experienced exponential growth. There are many opportunities here to grow and succeed. This is an opportunity to work amongst industry experts and grow into the role you are in. Employees are very well compensated and there are myriad benefits.

      Cons

      Startup life begets long and crazy hours. This is not a 40 hour weekly job.
