very friendly coworkers, decent benefits

Cons

atrocious work-life balance, ridiculous and unreasonable daily quotas, supervisors and management pretend to care about you as an employee but they actually don't and you are very much expendable. They are really only polite when they need you for overtime so that they meet their goals and avoid looking incompetent to the ceo and other higher ups.

We continue our commitment to ending the pandemic through COVID-19 testing. In regards to post-pandemic plans, we have a unique opportunity to use our momentum to make a lasting impact in the healthcare space. We have a robust R&D team working with some of the latest technologies as well as a business team actively exploring our options. Management, really strict, policies changing while you’re at work, unorganized, parking down the streets and unreliable shuttles to your car.

Thanks for sharing your experience. 2020-2021 has brought unexpected changes to many companies and often required rapid shifts as new guidance is released. Some of it is growing pains, some of it is changes in mandates. Curative was founded during the pandemic, and we are constantly growing, changing, and adapting to be better.
