Cons
The shift from a testing company to a Health Plan company resulted in a huge layoff and as well as the outsourcing of the HR team at the end of 2022. Curative should have, and could have, handled the layoffs more professionally and treated the employees who enabled the company to scale and deliver revenue with the respect they earned. Many companies have conducted layoffs recently, but most have treated the employees with respect and have offered severance pay and additional assistance to those impacted by the layoffs. Curative Senior Leadership chose not to do so, and those considering employment with Curative should be aware.
