Pros

Curative provides great benefits for its employees such as fair pay, medical insurance, and free covid testing at almost any time of day. Additionally, Curative maintains diversity throughout all departments which makes this a welcoming and comfortable place of work.

Cons

Due to Curative being a fairly new company that was born out of a national crisis, the management team lacks experience and knowledge of how to properly guide their employees which causes a lack of communication to employees from the leadership team.

Pros

Good pay. Good benefits. Generous PTO and FSA. Performance based bonus once per year. // Curative Champion program. PTs are great - for the most part ;) #ServiceIndustry Great co-workers.

Cons

It is easy to max out on growth opportunities, especially if not in a surge. Integrity is not a priority. Few (if any) opportunities for professional development. Appreciation (if any) is given through words, not shown through action or in a tangible way. Words lose value fast. Favoritism is fact. Buddy buddy with your boss? You're good. Gossip is the love language. Management is hit or miss. If you challenge the agenda in any way, good luck. You then have a target on your back and are treated differently, whether anyone wants to admit it or not.
